Please follow this guide. In a nutshell you need to download a DMG file, open it and move Eligere.app into Applications folder
This app uses Apple Developer program to notarize builds to ensure the app has no malicious code within. Also, hosting resources to distribute DMGs directly to you instead of dealing with AppStore updates. All of this requires some money investment. To help to cover the expenses you can purchase an Eligere license. After a long trial period the app will start to remind you to purchase the license, but won't block you from using it. This is one-time purchase, no subscription-base model. And the price is about middle sized cup of coffee.

, wild-card masks for domains, path support (e.g., you can define differently github.com/user1
and github.com/user2
), respect of depths of domain and more
